Bylaws are the rules which govern how the MPO operates. This includes the articles of organization which lays out the federal policies which the MPO will follow. The bylaws also designate the membership of the Transportation Policy Committee and Technical Advisory Committee as well as the roles and responsibilities of the committees and staff.
