Grande and Old Omen Route Study

The East Grande Boulevard and Old Omen Road Route Study identifies feasible future roadway connections in the City of Tyler and Smith County. The study was conducted in coordination with the ongoing Toll 49 Segment 6 environmental process to ensure local roadway planning remains flexible while regional alignment decisions continue to advance.
